Onboard our vessels all safety information is provided in printed text and in audio form. Languages offered on activities and tours are English only.

The Reef Magic III catamaran has a wheelchair accessible bathroom (shower and toilet, and is pram-friendly with ramp access and wide aisles. Reef Magic III also has baby change facilities.

We welcome all guests with vision and/or hearing impairment and can provide assistance in getting onto our vessels/vehicles. We also welcome guests with high support needs who travel with a carer. All dietary requirements can be accommodated with additional options if not catered for on the menu.
The Pontoon facility caters for all ages and swimming abilities.

Dry Activities

We have a range of “dry activities” so you can experience the reef without even getting wet. These include our Semi-Submersible and Glass Bottom boat tours, both with interactive commentary, we have an underwater observatory with fish feeding demonstration, plus the opportunity to take an affordable reef-scenic helicopter flight. We also have a large sundeck with lounges so you can kick back and take in the panoramic views of the coral sea. The new pontoon (launching late feb 2022) will be fitted with a wheelchair sized platform that can be lowered into the water.

All office spaces and shops owned by Experience Co are meeting requirements for mobility and access within the NCC.
